SAVINGS PROTECTION FUND

As stated in Article 105 of the Popular Savings and Credit Act, Crediclub, as a regulated and supervised SOFIPO, guarantees through the Protection Fund, under the terms established by Article 112 of the same law, deposit products:

The Protection Fund will have as its primary purpose, to seek to cover the money deposits of each saver, such as cash money, savings, in periods that can be withdrawn on pre-established days and with prior notice, in the terms established by article 112 of the same Act.

The Savings Protection Fund guarantees the payment, equivalent in Mexican National Currency, of up to 25,000 investment units (UDI) per natural or legal person, whatever the number and type of guaranteed transactions in favor of the saver and in charge of the same Popular Financial Company, in the event that it declares its dissolution, liquidation or its commercial course is decreed.
